St. Thomas Board of REALTORS® Website

This organization is dedicated to serving real estate professionals and affiliated professionals located on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.  We also offer this site as a resource for individuals interested in joining the real estate profession on St. Thomas.

The St. Thomas Board of Realtors (STBOR) is one of three such boards in the Virgin Islands, all under the auspices of the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of Realtors or VITAR.

Real estate transactions in the Virgin Islands benefit from the islands’ status as a U.S. territory.  While some minor distinctions exist, the procedures and protections guiding real estate practices on the mainland are largely duplicated here, affording buyers familiar with U.S. transactions a heightened comfort.

We encourage professionals working in real estate or a related field, or those thinking about such work on St. Thomas, to explore and use the resources and information contained here. Should you have any questions, please contact the STBOR headquarters.  We will do our best to assist you.
