Becoming an affiliate member is an excellent first-step in forming prosperous partnerships for a successful real estate career. The best REALTOR®-affiliate partnerships are based on mutual respect, open communication, and an understanding of one another’s role. This section is dedicated to providing a comprehensive list of those individuals and companies as a reference only, for real estate professionals on St. Thomas.

Who is Eligible?

Typical affiliate membership includes home inspectors, appraisers, real estate attorneys, etc. Affiliate Membership shall also be granted to individuals licensed or certified to engage in real estate practice who, if otherwise eligible, do not elect to hold REALTOR® membership in the board, provided the applicant is engaged exclusively in a specialty of the real estate business other than brokerage of real estate.

  • Company Recognition – Your company name and address are listed in the STBOR’s Membership Directory, which is available on the STBOR website
  • Receive STBOR updates – Your company will receive STBOR updates, e-mail messages and mailings)
  • Participate in STBOR’s events – Your company and staff members can attend STBOR’s events and meetings
