This Committee is also charged with studying multiple listing procedures and keeping members of the Association informed of new ideas and methods of accomplishing the objectives of a Multiple Listing Service.

Membership

Membership

The Membership Committee focuses on Member Retention as well as target new members assisting in promoting and recruiting affiliate participation within their networks, and encourages participation in the board events.

Legislative

Legislative

Monitors, along with the Association Government Affairs Director, all legislative issues of interest to the Association as well as assisting in the monitoring of local issues at the state legislative level. Promotes the Association advocacy plan and supports “calls-to-action” on legislative issues.

Meetings/Social

Composed of REALTOR® and affiliate members, who plan, organize, and execute the major events (ie: Annual Membership Meeting and BOD Installation)

Education Committee

Education Committee

Members also provide/seeks instructors and facilitators to educate our members.This includes trending topics, designation courses and continuing education offerings.

Provides leadership in sponsoring and implementing volunteer civic and community activities of the Association.

By Laws & Forms

The Bylaws and Policy Committee provides oversight and review of the Bylaws and Policies (governing documents) to remain compliant with NAR and provide the best possible policy direction for the association.

Finance

Reviews quarterly financial statements; recommends board finances to adequately fund board services, and prepares and revises annual budget.
